We’re making Formata team-based, so that with each customer interaction, Formata takes the entire team’s knowledge & integrations into account.
For example, when meeting with a customer, Formata would use not only my email history with that customer, but also my colleagues’ email history to create meeting prep & improve that customer’s contact details.
