Connecting to Google Drive is simple - navigate to the “integrations” tab and look for Drive. Press connect and go through the OAuth workflow to give Formata access.
By connecting to Drive, Formata does NOT have access to all of your Drive files. For each customer, you must pick which files to give Formata access to. This is done through Google’s official Drive picker, which can be found in the “Integrations” section of each customer's details card on the “customers” tab. If you do not see this, make sure Drive is connected first.
Once a file is connected to a customer through the Drive picker, you do not need to reconnect after modification. Formata will fetch the contents of this file when generating meeting prep, and it will also be considered when creating/updating customer profile details.
